fake affiliate earnings stats?

Hello.I have a question please for the more experienced than me clickbank users.I searched Google "Top clickbank products" and did find some sites and for example , the top clickbank product is a diabetes free program.In the description it says "Top affiliates Making 500k+ A Month" ..Is that thing real? Because i went to the website , and saw the video on the main page, manage to find the youtube video stream address..and surprise...from january until today it has only 70k visitors...How can a website with ~ 70k visitors can generate 500k+ in revenue a month for one affiliate...? at ~ 30 USD product price..using just basic math..it cant...so ...the stats are a little "Scam" to bait affiliates I guess?

But the product is no longer available on Clickbank because chargeback/refund rates got too high.

I think the problem in yt because their site has 1,712,731 visitors in the last month!
But Diabetes Free Program is no longer available on Clickbank!
I have received the below message from CB!

Yeah that's true! this product has had a great sales & highest Payouts!
But I don't think there's an affiliate makes a 500k+ a month from same product, so this is not a real at all!

Why the chargeback/refund got too high? I never got too high for this product. I don't think it is a main reason of no longer available product.

I don't think YouTube counts views from the embedded player, so that could be the reason for the low view count.

I have tried but have no luck with Diabetes free, I am afraid customers think it's scam and many dissatisfied with it.

Just stick to weight loss instead (venus factor, 3 week diet, beta switch). much easier and won't go anywhere anytime soon.
