There's nothing about investment or any illegal/shady work in that JV. All the details were crystal clear.

I remember it and I remember rejecting it. It just took a while to realise because your description here doesn't match the original thread you posted. If you PM me, I'll explain exactly why it got rejected. Moaning about unfair mods rejecting your "joint venture" won't endear you to our Jr VIP's who do a lot to support our community and go through the marketplace review procedure properly.
