I like to confirm that I didn't received order but I received refund and +$50 as compensation for lost order. The communication was poor during order time (sometimes I have to wait for response several days) but seller is at least enough honest person to give me my money back and extra $ to compensate his failure. I hope that you fix your support time, because for order I can wait a bit longer and sometimes a lot longer if project is serious but not responding for ticket within 24 business hours it's bad and it's hurts your business a lot more than delayed order (at least in my opinion). Maybe you take, too much orders or you have to replace your coworkers? I don't know, but definitely you should do something with it, because ( at least when I was looking at samples) you have good looking product (cheap comparing to quality) with poor TAT and support response time.

Short version: Untimely but honest.
