I didn't get what backlinking was. But let's say I make 10 articles all linking to my website. So that counts as 10 backlinks since I don't have to have the articles on my website?

A backlink is simply a link from one page to another.

10 links from 10 articles to 10 of your pages would be 10 backlinks.

i think you need to do somemore research dude its not all about articles though that is one method... social bookmarking,blog commenting are another couple of methods though im suprised with 152 posts you havent seen this already on here...there are hundreds of threads about getting backlinks on here mate

well at first I was looking into craigslist stuff and ewhorin but know I want to learn more about blogging and such. I do not have any html exp at all :rain: but I will learn ftw
