do you run fake accounts from the same IP? if you do, you'll run into this roadblock

if its your real account you shouldnt have a problem verifying it, chances are you are on the same ip as a bad account

Neither do I. However if Facebook blocks your personal account without a comprehensive reason for the owner, you might decide to upload your documents. I am not sure if Facebook is valuable for the OP?

I dont understand the problem. If Facebook wants to check you are real its up to them. If you dont want to upload your documents then what do you expect them to do. You might find someone tried to hack your account or lots of logins and bad IP addresses connected to your account or area. But if you dont want to upload them they will just disable your account in a few weeks.

Have you logged in to your account using different IP's and/or browsers?

Sorry to say but there's no workaround this, you either provide them with proof of who you are or your account will be locked. They do this randomly sometimes, if you check google there are many people complaining this happened to them, many of them just regular people not doing anything related to fb marketing.

They say they delete the documents after they verify you are real....but you'll have to take their word on that
