New blog with only 4 posts flooded with comments is this normal?

I started new blog for the last two months with weight loss niche and it has only 4 posts but it is getting many comments, is this normal? See screenshot below.
Another question, how can I make money off this blog as it is still new?

Niche is weight loss which is one of the top niche to discuss.
So I would say that you articles are good that is why it is getting comments on loads.

It's totally normal. Those comments are just spam and totally useless, use Akismet plugin to to get rid of them.

Many people use Google Alert to spam the newly created blog.

Those are comments written by bots LOL ..... such traffic would not make you any money .. better install Akismet to get rid of such spam comments automatically.

Disqus is a good commenting platform. And yes OP, those are all spam comments made by bots.

Weight loss is a HUGE niche, so you can expect tons of SPAM comments.

Those are spam comments, I would remove them. And install a anti-spam plugin.
