If you post content that is the same as original, then Google will hide the page as "duplicate result" or just refuse to index it.

Is it worth the effort to get stopped just because even at a minimum you couldn't be bothered to at least spin the article?

If you re-use article directory content and add a lead-in paragraph (with your keyword) "commenting" on it in a curation context, while otherwise leaving the text, links and resource box info intact, I've seen Google index and rank it, and no author complain.

that is a very smart idea but not really good. you can take the articles and by good luck, they might turn to be yours or else you will be reported and if prove i given you are kaput!. just to be safe, if the articles interested you, just take your time and rewrite them or hire somebody to do it for you. It will be bad for business if it is reported you are a damn thief and nobody will ever believe any of your work even if it is genuine. The decision is yours boss
