what are you looking to do? $60-$75 wont get you much. Invest in GSA for tiers and start manually building your t1 OR turn it up a notch and have a budget of around $150/month and hire a seo company. Even then be ready to invest more with links. SEO is a bitch now.. but its worth the rankings.
