Logging into my instagram accounts

I just started this whole instagram followliker thing today. i herd that if you log into all your account on your phone your accounts could be flagged. so how exactly am i supposed to upload new pictures onto my accounts? i downloaded bluestacks but wouldn't it be the exact same situation but just on my computer? im pretty confused at the moment

I would say do your research on it, spend 30 mins reading up peoples reviews the positives and negatives, I dont personally use it so I am not sure
