First of all, please accept our sincere apologize for the delay in delivery
of your 2 WEB 2.0 orders from what initially planned.
There was a technical issue with the network creation and this solved
few days ago, but this contributes to the delay for several days in production.
The latest planned date for release of the 2 orders are :
#033 - plan to deliver on 21st May 2015
#034 - plan to deliver on 22nd May 2015
Once again, please kindly accept our sincere apologize for the delay.
We will keep you well posted should we are able to deliver
earlier than said dates.

no orders have been received... its already may 22 and Order 033 has not be delivered.. i am not sure whats up with your service man..
its been almost 30 days.. just to create a 5 web 2.0 takes 30 days?

thank you for hightlighting the issue on our sales thread and apologize for not getting back to this to straight up things immediately,
simply because it was already saturday and sunday when we read the post you've posted and (just like most people do) we usually
do not work on weekends, but we found this is important to put it straight up to avoid miss-interpretation on our service.
here are some facts related to your valued orders,
Our TAT (as advertized on our Sales thread on page 1) is would be arround 14 calendar days for WEB 2.0 and additional
3 days for Tier 2 link building.
Order #033 received on 8 May 2015 at 5.41 PM - Delivered on 22 May 2015 at 5.59 PM - it takes 14 calendar days
Order #034 received on 10 May 2015 at 2.26 PM - Delivered on 22 May 2015 at 5.55 PM - it takes 12 calendar days
These 2 orders have Tier 2 Link Building requirements, and we delivered these 2 orders earlier than our promised TAT.
We had sent you the (quoted) email is to appreciate the urge although it is still within our service time frame, but
we had said we will delivered on the said dates, but still, it is within our service time frame and no fail.
We do hope we can get this missed information cleared.
Should solid proof of communication exchanges required, do let us know and we'll be more than happy to share where appropriate
without disclosing any contact nor irrelevant information.

we have checked and found apparently there were some technical issues which hold up those tier 2, which is now sorted out and
you should be able to get them detected within 1-2 days from now. we will not put them on report as it will be too big
