Manage Multiple Social accounts

Is there a tool for managing multiple social accounts that uses proxies, etc? I am thinking like the GSA & Scrapebox tools that are all in one and make the process easy, but designed specifically managing social accounts.

How about Hoot suite. i have used to monitor all my social accounts.

i used - Hootsuite and mention, TweetDeck

BuzzBundle are slow as hell. I was using cracked version though.

I use Socioboard for the same. Much easier to use than that of Hootsuite or BuzzBundle
