this seller is trying to scam me. I have been waiting for a week for him to deliever his work. He isn't replying to me anymore on skype and email so I have opened a dispute to get my money back

Something may have happened. I haven't heard from him and this was my main logo guy. I bring him a ton of business and I've been trying to contact with 3 jobs and he hasn't responded. I hope everything's OK. He is in a very sketchy area of the world. Not too long ago they had a "Black day" because of a church bombing and there was no internet access.

Don't assume he is trying to scam you, Rasix is a genuine person.

frustrating experience, always something new its better option to refund money than using brain

Same. I disapproved of the original design he gave me and he didn't respond to me for about a week. After he provided a better mock-up and I gave further instructions, he hasn't responded to me since then. I think it's been about like three weeks now since he said anything back to me through email.

Pretty sketchy, he just sort of phases in and out with communication.

How are you contacting the OP? Are you using voodoo or something? I tried contacting him through email and he's nearly never on Skype.
