Max OBL was 12 on previous networks, it's now 15 because these high TF domains are getting harder to acquire. Sample sent - we don't have niche sites available like that, sorry.

Review - Worst Service Ever
I have purchased 10 blog posts a while ago and today I found these blog post one of the worst and expensive I ever come across. The OP claim to provide high TF, PA and DA blog post but in reality TF,PA and DA are significantly poor. The most ridiculous thing 9 out of 10 blogs not even index in GOOGLE they have been penalized and bann by GOOGLE.
I have attached the images to give clear picture what is going on. However, OP claim to give replacement for the deindex blog but I strongly believe OP using FAKE PR and penalized domain by penguin and panda which can have negative effect on client website.
In addition, I cannot see any improvement in SERP for only one keyword and even my articles are not index in google.
I am very disappointed with the service and i don?t trust this service anymore. I immediately request for refund and I strongly recommend everyone beware before using this service.

Have you checked both the www. and non www. versions for the DA/PA checker?
Did you check manually to see if the sites were indexed or not?
Not defending the OP in anyway, but I just wanna make sure you double-checked that.
I agree about the pricing though. These mofo's are expensive as hell lol.

We wish you had PMd or emailed us first before posting, and we would have explained what was happening (as we have for other clients who have asked).
The network was deindexed in a sweep that Google conducted in mid-May, hitting not just us but a lot of public networks.
We are in the process of building replacement networks to move all of the posts, as promised in our guarantee - because that happens to public networks from time to time - which we would have explained if you had just asked first.
We're sorry for the inconvenience to clients, but we promise replacement if there's deindexing, and that's what we're in the process of doing.
It's costing us a *ton* of money to do that, but that's what we promised to do, and that's what we're doing.
ADDED: Two more thoughts after re-reading your post:
1. You didn't order until April 20, so your posts weren't even finished until early May. Even if the network hadn't been de-indexed in mid-May, if you were expecting to see major SERP increases in a week or two you're simply not being realistic.
2. We take our services and reputation seriously, and don't make false advertising claims. An accusation that we're using fake PR (which wouldn't even be germane, since it would have no effect on TF metrics) is offensive, particularly when you didn't even make one inquiry to us about your posts before going straight to the board to trash us.
ADDED: One final note.
I apologize to my partner.
After you first ordered and put a "warning" on your BHW post confirming the order, my partner suggested we just refund your order and not accept it, because you seemed to be an unreasonable client.
I convinced him to give you the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong.

Its COMPLETELY showing unprofessionalism the fact you don?t know your network has been deindex and you charging hell of amount for nothing. If you saying you network got deindex mid of MAY then I feel sorry for you mate you are not aware whats going on with your so called High TF blogs. You may be living in 2001 google where google take months to index blogs its 2015 and their updated and state of art algorithm crawl and index the website within no time.

You can go and look at feedback given by me, you will find all of them pretty much A+++ highly recommended. However, In your case its completely different story the fact that i got BIG ZERO for my $120 and i even dont give a damm at some degree if the ranking not improved, becuase as SEO specialist i understand sometime google not give website ranking for lot of reasons but the thing drive me crazy is all of blogs deindex and my articles sitting on bann blog doing nothing just making negative effect.
