PBN's - Does All Link Juice Travel Upstream?

I'm mapping out my first PBN and I was wondering where and how to best utilize a program like GSA.

Initial Network Layout:

My Money Site
Tier 1 - 6-10 40+ DA sites all pointing to $ site
Tier 2 - 2-3 web 2.0's pointing to a single Tier 1 site and one other tier 2 site (roughly 30 sites)
Tier 3 - 1 new web 2.0 site for each Tier 2 site
Tier 4 - GSA linking to all Tier 3 sites

All sites will of course link to sites outside the network as well. Since the tier 2 sites will likely have some ranking I was thinking about blasting the tier 3 sites w/ GSA, which can all be easily replaced if de-indexed.

My question: Is it worth using a tier 3 as I described, and will some of the 4th tier juice get pushed all the way up to my money site in some way? Also, if you have any suggestions that could help me out I'd really appreciate the help.

Four tiers really is overkill.

No, the GSA blast will probably only index those tier 3 links, nearly no PR will reach the money site.

Thanks Bart, I'll drop those tier 3 then. Think it's worth using GSA at all, maybe on the Tier 2 pages to boost my Tier 1 authority?

Also, do you know if Google penalizes a domain for gambling? I'm looking at a pretty nice domain for cheap, but it does have some blackjack links associated with it and had a 302 redirect to some online casino for the last 1.5 years. Though the site itself was never used for gambling.

The domain's about 15yrs old, hasn't changed too many hands, good DA & PA w/ an overall MOZscore of 5+.

I asked this question in another thread, but haven't gotten any bites. If you could give me your thoughts on that as well "it would be great..." - Office Space

Heres my method and I can 100% assure you it works, you will hit page 1 in 2-4 weeks.

Tier 1 - 10-20 do follow web 2.0s, 10-20 pbn links, 20-50 high pr blog comments.

I use exact and partial match anchors for my pbn and web 2.0 links. url,generic, and brand for the blog comments

I dont let any anchor text go above 10% unless its url or brand

Tier 2 - about 100 GSA contextual links to each web 2.0

Tier 3 - full GSA contextual spam

Keep doing this over until you hit #1

Thats its, its really that simple. Half the stuff you read on SEO is just overcomplicating it and making it seem hard.

That's a solid plan, but where do you link those tier 3 spam links to if you're only doing about 100 links to each web 2.0?

I send the tier 3 spam to the tier 2 links.

It looks like this.

web 2.0

100 contextual links
|
1,000 contextual links

Do that for each web 2.0s

I create about 10 tier 3 links for each tier 2 link

So 10 web 2.0s look like this

10 web 2.0
|
1,000 contextual links (100 for each web 2.0)
|
10,000 contextual links (10 for each tier 2 link)
