You should use a paypal or a VCC to verify your account and your campaign should be white hat because they review the campaign before it starts getting any impressions and if your campaign isn't very TOS-friendly, your account gets disabled, so it all depends on how legit your account is.

Hey, you'll need a new account to apply another code, you can make up to 5 accounts on the same CC, but I'm not sure if that would be safe or not, so getting a new card/VCC would be best.
