I guess you should look for Virtual dedicated servers (VDS) instead of dedicated server.

Yes it is fair deal, but you will get Virtual Private Server means (VPS), in VPS you will going to share the resource with other customers. If you are looking for VPS you should also check there plan.

Actually there is no VDS plan, but they are using Zen Visualization platform and in this platform resource will be partially dedicated to you. Hence there VPS speed will be good there any other VPS speed. It is like that.

Before going for any hosting provider just ask them about the VDS they will explain you about VDS, there is not specific VDS plan which hosting company provide you. It is just a technology, which give great Virtual private server experience. I know about hostingroot that why I told you. You can ask any other provider too

Unfortunately , they have not mentioned the technology which they are using for vitalization.

I suggest you before going for any hosting provider do a little homework and look for the customer reviews in order to cross check the service of a particular hosting company. Also, before going for any hosting provider read their terms and conditions properly. In order of avoid any future dispute.

I have not personally used their product, but as far as I know you can request any OS to them, they will make available for you. By the way which OS you want ?
