Are there any free speech hosting providers that are reliable? I've been looking at dreamhost for the past few days and alot of people are complaining about the speeds.

So many hoster have vague ToS that you can get shut down for posting things that are controversial even if its totally legal to post such as some of the extreme websites that Dreamhost allows. Not that I would post some extreme offensive materials, but I do feel more comfortable knowing that I have a hosting that allows me to do what the 1st amendment allows.

i know about orangewebsite and sharkservers... you can check them

orangewebsite uses Icelandic law so they aren't that good except for whistleblowers.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be removed from our servers (or otherwise disabled), with or without notice.

In Iceland its illegal to insult people for certain reasons, so there isn't as much free speech there.

In the UK Abusive and Insulting words are illegal depending on how they are used.

Offshore hosting might be a good option for you. However, before going for any offshore hosting provider always read their terms and condition properly. In order to avoid future dispute.

Offshore hosting isn't really good since most countries have some kind of anti-free speech laws.

It's really hard to find such kind of speech friendly hosting provider. Since they have there own policies and we have to follow that shits :(

Hostwinds might be a free speech website.

From their ToS
All services provided by Hostwinds may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the United States of America apply to all clients of Hostwinds.com.

Avoid digitalocean for your needs.
There was a blog on there which digitalocean had shut down for a complaint about alleged infamation.
The blog owner then moved to a subdomain of wordpress.com and he wrote his story there. Guess what, a high profile Google employee was involved.
Don't have any links, though.
