Good descriptions in your videos
Pump it with high retention views
Pump it with likes
Spam the absolute F&^k out of it with blog comments and other spammy links

Answering to the main question are Youtube videos able to be ranked, the answer is YES there are and if you want to build reputation for your "money site" is a must to have 2-3 high retention videos that are related to your niche and linked to your main website. These days the fact that you don't have YT videos related with your niche is lowing the chance to get real visitors and to be attractive.
