Paypal on websites with hacks?

Didnt know where to post it so i posted it here.
I have a question, i found some ppa websites (with hacks) where they also put paypal as donation. Any1 have any ideas how they are doing it so paypal dont ban them/take their cash etc?
Because i have an idea. I would put a paypal donation for a 'tool' but it will be licensed, and the license you would have to make ppa offert but ofc it would never get you the license
So when they make a dispute on paypal i will show them evedence that i send him tool which he donated for (but i will also send him the 'terms of use' where it sayed you donate for a tool with license) etc etc
Would it work? Paypal would not took my money? I would not have any problems?
Or you guys have any other ideas?

IMO, you won't be able to go a long way with this. Paypal people aren't stupid to overlook the massive number of disputes you'll be getting with the SAME reason. Ultimately, you may end up losing it all.

Also, just as my .02 cents, there are better ways of making money than scamming people.

Honestly speaking, as far as my opinion is concerned, you seem quite new to the game and have a long way to go! You want to search for ways to get around the hurdles that stand in your way for scamming people.

And anyway, if you go for bitcoin for any other such payment system, I still doubt if you'll be able to go far. No system may tolerate such activities and IMO, your target audience may not be much interested in 'donating' for getting whatever you're offering. Even if some of them would be, paying in bitcoins is far from something they would like to do.

Again, don't take my replies as pure criticism. I am just trying to make a point that if you're willing to work hard, there are quite a lot of ways of making money than trying to scam people despite the latter being so very challenging in your case.

it's a very short term money getting scheme, like other people said, there's tons of methods to make money online without being a jerk !
