My short review:
After many tries finally I've contacted OP.
Delivery (retweets) was fast, but I got only 40 retweets.
I was surprised, cause OP posted info about '10 million total followers'...I can't believe 10 mln real followers will do only 40 retweets for my link... I got also around 600 link clicks...

You wanted a tweet retweeted that was about 7 things people love about the wind..and you still got over 600 clicks and 40 retweets. You're far to unrealistic if you think a tweet with a link about wind is going to get tons of retweets.

Also, I did message you and clearly state I'm happy to throw in another retweet at no additional cost which you ignored.

The results were mediocre, considering that we don't know the niches of the accounts that OP have. I tried promoting a Google play game. Got 11 RTs, 7 favs, 1 comment and less than 50 clicks. 1 install. I checked the final accounts that have done RTs, most of them have 1K to 3K+ followers. I found one with 30k+ followers. This was for a low price, so I didn't expected anything extraordinary here.

That's because as mentioned, tweets gets unretweeted after a cerstain duration. One axcint had 3 million followers are the others totalled to 3 million.

Also, apps are a hit and miss, you wouldn't get amazing results unless you got a celebrity to retweet your app.

Thanks for your honest review though.
