Does Google Penalize for Quoting an Amazon Review?

As stated in the Google Webmaster Guidelines, they would only penalise your website if you had malicious duplicate content (e.g., many pages filled with scraped content).

Only use the Images of Reviews from eCommerce website.
Google is founding this suspicious in terms of copied content.Still, google will not penalize you. But, if the no of "quote Review" go higher it may cause you a red flag and may cause you penalty.

Also, once again, Google won't even be able to tell that you're verbatim copying partial information from someone else's website.

It should be fine so long as the majority of the content is original. Nothing wrong with quoting sources.

I think the question should not be if you will get PENALIZED... but rather if there is any benefit to the extra content or if it doesn't count toward your word-count because its duplicate. If you have 300 words on a page and 75 of it is a quote of a review do you only get credit for the 225 that are original?

Not a problem dude, it will not penalized by google for quoting a small amazon review.
