Link juice drops by about 15% per external link, does internal linking differ?

So matt cutts says link juice power drops by about 15% per 301 and external link. eg if site A links to site B, site B will get about 85% of that PR juice value. Obviously this depends on OBL numbers and other factors but 85% is the best case scenario.

However how do internal links work? Do we loose any juice per internal link? or does it just all flow around our site without any lowering of power until it leaves for an external website?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Forget about matt cutts, do your own testing.

A general advice would be try to keep external links to 1 per page and internal links to 2 per page (add a 3rd one if it's absolutely necessary and relevant) so that your readers attention won't be scattered and focused on your content.

Ummm yeah that's a valid point, guess if there was a difference he might of said or hinted
