I found a little bug on your site, I haven't tested much but it seems that you're not escaping single quotes (') properly. Make sure you fix this vulnerability asap. Use PDO instead or escape it properly before inserting it into the database. Not doing so exposes your site to sql injections.

Also, you shouldn't be showing errors / warnings in production mode.
