You should ask directly to Payoneer about this, since they the one that sent the card not crakrevenue, CMIII.

It says in the payout form of CrakRev that they are the ones who manage the creation of new Payoneer accounts.

Hi Eric,
I have been a Crak affiliate for over 2 years and am always supportive of Crakrevenue where ever there is any question raised. I have always promoted Crak wherever I could only because I genuinely liked the network and the people and transparency associated with it.
But, recently I received an email from Philippe Tremblay stating my account has been blocked and all my payments been halted because of suspicious leads which I highly doubt as most of the traffic is from Google. Also, got upgraded to promotoe HQ offers recently. So his email was a little confusing. I supposed that, it was sent by mistake. I replied to his email (as stated by him in the email) but never got a reply back. I followed it up but no reply. I contacted support, no reply! (been 7 days now).
Had a word with Jason on Skype but he is not very sure of what is happening.
Anyway, I can still access my account and and visits and leads are still being generated. I wanted to know if my payments are halted, as I haven't been paid as of today for the previous periods, even after reaching the min threshold..
I want to know what the exact issue is. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks and here is my affiliate id for your reference 1034184

How long does it typically take to get an account approved?
My account number is 2456437 by the way if you're able to activate it from here.
Also with checks and the $2 fee, does that mean I can only ask for a check if I have $102? Or can I withdraw at $100 but only receive a check for $98?

Hi Moogle,
Yep, while it's true we do manage the initial creation of new Payoneer accounts for affiliates, marulash is right-- we have nothing to do with the physical processing of Payoneer cards and/or the mailing of them out. This is all handled by Payoneer.com and would be something out of our control. Please check with Payoneer on this.
We'll be checking on the status of your application momentarily and will let you know!

You only have to earn $100 to qualify for the payout, not $102.
But yes, the check fees would be subtracted from whatever amount you are due.
Regarding your application - 2456437 - you mentioned something in there that we would like to talk to you more about in PM. We need a little more info as well. We'll PM.

Alright, so we're talking about the creation of a new account. This is not related to a Payoneer card at all -- that's something else entirely.
Regarding the creation of your Payoneer account, yes, you will receive an email from us.
Per our site:
"Conditions that apply to "first time" payments via Payoneer:
A confirmation link will be sent to you at the latest 1 day prior to payment date. You MUST confirm in order for us to process payment in your Payoneer account. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days after the usual payment date to receive your first Payoneer payment."
So if this will be your first time Payoneer payment -- it could take up to 5 additional Business days. The email from us may not come until 1 day prior to the payment date.
Yes, we did experience some recent Payoneer payment processing issues for this last period, but as far I'm told, this has been resolved and everyone who was due a payment has been paid. You mentioned you had an AM. Please follow up with him on this.
