Instagram Roadmap to 10K

Manually following people is best, i have an account with 16k followers and its now growing on its own.

I've been running FL for 1 year on-and-off on my accounts, the biggest one is 13.8k which I'm very happy with. I run 300-500 follows per day w/ 50-140secs between follows.

I also only run 1 account per private proxy to be super safe.

Awesome !!!! I just started a new account and I follow 50ppl every hour for 8 ours so 8 times.. and I am uploading like 6 pictures every day.. lets see how it goes.. wish you good luck ! Oh btw.. you just like pictures and sometimes comments right? how many pictures do you like in order to get so many followbacks?

First of all good luck with you IG man, you are doing great! I'm doing the same with my blogs IG manually, and I'd like to ask how do you keep track who to unfollow? I mean you follow a few hundred every day then unfollow them tomorrow? Any app (iPhone) to track these stats?
And you only use the official Instagram app to do everything?

Thanks and good luck to you too! I use Followers+ to keep track of people whom I delete. There's also Unfollowers app but it's for Android, not sure if they have iOS version. With F+ it orders people by the time you followed them, so I just go to the bottom of the list and unfollow certain number - 50 or less. Unfollowers is pretty similar in what it does but it also allows you to keep track of people whom you have followed before (no matter if you deleted them or not). It just hides those people and you always see new ones but it requires a paid subscription. Let me know if you have any more questions

If you haven't already you should check out the app "Crowdfire". It's really all you'll ever need and it's still mostly manual so you don't risk any bans and can still maintain high engagement. It also does twitter too. It's helped me a ton. Goodluck on your journey!

thank you man and good luck to you too! I did try it but in the reviews, people said that hiding already followed people didn't work. so I went ahead with unfollowers

Followers: 1928 (Increase of 168, 84 each day)

Was busy with a bunch of other stuff so I did not focus much on instagram. Will see if it all gets back to the same level tomorrow. Hoping to reach 2000 by tomorrow morning

What's your limit per day? I mean you unfollow about 50 people, then follow the same amount, and you repeat it multiple times a day? What's a good limit per followings and unfollowings a day?
And is that okay if I follow/unfollow people from other apps like F+ or Crowdfire?

I don't keep track of how many people I follow and unfollow during the same day. Every account is random, depends on how old it is, how active you were with yours. The younger your profile is, the more strict limits you will have.

There's a limit by instagram to follow 50 people at max, then you have to wait some time. I do everything randomly, so it is mixed up. As for followers+ I am using it to unfollow people in bulk, up to 100 people but no more. Didn't have any problems with that yet.

Update for 09/05:
Followers: 2059 (Increase of 131)


Focused on unfollowing others yesterday. Today will start doing the regular thing again. Most of the people who followed were responding to requests, since they had closed profiles. Good thing is that I see people whom I have not added at all follow the profile. Hopefully, the engagement rate increases, since for now I get around 250 likes per photo, which stayed mostly the same after I passed the threshold of 1000 followers.

Update for 10/05:
Followers: 2160 (Increase of 101)


Not big of an increase but I've had some great engagement with the photo I posted today. Total likes exceeded 350 in the first three hours and kept going up slowly until the evening. I have also changed the name of the page to a much simpler one and will see how followers will respond. I will notify them in the next post of mine but it's only change in the name.

You're welcome, hopefully, it will provide more valuable information in the future. I post around 1-2 photos a day. since these are mine and I do not want to spam with somebody else's pictures for now. In terms of time, I also varied that a bit. Posted two pictures today: one at 12 and another one at 17. Obviously the later one got likes much faster than an earlier one. The thing I didn't quite understand is when I posted a photo yesterday at 12, it had huge likes, 150 more than any other photo would receive on average. The puzzle to me is that over weekend I always had less engagement than during the week. Since Iconosquare is back, I will also use their optimisation feature in order to select better times when to post.

Slowly gathering pace. Question to other users out there: since two days ago my instagram has stopped showing notification of people following me. I do get likes/comments notifications but not when somebody follows. I reinstalled the app, logged out of all other applications but it didn't help. I also checked that push notifications settings are correct. Did anybody else run into this issue before?

Later on with shoutouts probably but I do need way bigger audience and more experience. So I am only focusing on growing at the moment I might explore some other options later in the future. Hopefully, my account will grow large enough to sell some merchandise with my photos but it's way too optimistic I'd say for now.
