What do you look for when buying PVAs?

I want to start selling phone verified accounts: Phone verified google, Facebook, Hotmail and YouTube accounts. I was wondering what are the list of requirements that you look for in these accounts? I can tell that creating an account and verifying it by phone is not enough.

When you buy 10 PVAs for example do you choose the names or do you accept whatever names the seller gave to them? Are proxies a big deal when buying these account? Also, does the country that the phone number came from matter to you? In my opinion it doesn't matter with Facebook for example, because Facebook usually asks you once for phone verification.

I bought a few PVA's in the past before creating them myself.
I have had one seller who provide so much info about the PVA from instagram this is what he sended me:

EDIT: Where the Login site starts, that is where he gave the login info for recovery e-mail's and Google voice mobile phones

It would be a plus if you're making fresh accounts and you offer the option to give my already bought proxy's. If you won't offer that it would be handy to know where the phone numbers and proxy's that you used where from.

Biggest tip: Make your sales thread stand out! There are a lot of PVA suppliers so you need to have something special.

Yes. Because most accounts we're using are USA and have USA proxy's. I know a phone number supplier who gave me USA phones. PM me so I can link it to you (not mine, nor an affiliate)
