YouTube Comment Scrapper?

I'm thinking of coding a youtube comment scrapper as I have some niches I want to dominate, and I'm gonna need a lot of authority on my videos.
Does anyone know of a good tool that already does this? If not, then I'll just go ahead and start coding it after I'm doing writing my scripts for my videos.

The only answer I saw that was related to what I'm about to do.
Using YouTube's api lol. Other than that, I don't feel like paying money for Scrapebox.
