Unfortunately if an order fails we can't bring it back. You are free to resubmit it though - I don't see any issues with that video on first look, it does sometimes happen that YT simply rejects the API connection which could cause a failure, although rare. I'd suggest replacing this URL in to the system.

anyone having issues with the loading balance? i've tried to deposit via paypal and also via direct CC and got denied both times. im looking for a bulk provider for facebook fanpage likes but its not even taking my payment lawlz.
