Web 2.0 is facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, blogster, reddit, youtube, you register on those site to make a tier 1 one to your money site. Web 2.0 platforms are dynamic, but not your single Web 2.0 you have to constantly update them, your pages or your profiles are statics.
