Does anyone know how to change the date sent stamp on an email, so that it looks like an email I send tomorrow was actually sent two weeks ago? Willing to pay big $$.

does it need to be changed on your machine or on the recipient's? it does make a huge a difference
if it's the former, even a short google search will yield results

You can't ! email header got smtp timestamp on the fly so no matter how big money you offer it can't be done.
