Why use a proxy/vpn for fb acc. creation if you have dynamic IP?

Hello. I'm doubtful, what's the purpose of using private proxies/vpn's for creating facebook accounts if you have a dynamic IP address. All you have to do is create an account and reboot your rooter to get another IP than just rinse and repeat this process. Probably almost all the IP's (even those from the proxy's/vpn) were used to create once a facebook account, so private proxies will not offer virgin IP's.
Also as many people said they have hundreds and thousands of accounts running on the same IP (after they have been created them on differite ones)

The difference is that it will be faster It will take time to reboot the router and get a new ip, also, all the ips you get have been used by a lot of other people, on some of them you might be unable to create new accounts. Other than that, if you have the time, sure you can go the dynamic ip route

I understand, but teoretically the proxy IP's are used too, especially if they are IP v4 right?

What about mac ID that each device has built in? Doest site like Facebook log you by mac ID also?

From my experience mac id's don't matter. Clean IP's with the same cookies and activity is what keeps my accounts alive.

theoretically, however depending on your proxy provider, they might not be as used, there are a lot more of those and dynamic ips a company has.
