Quality: So far, I have been very satisfied overall. I verified about 30% of the links manually, and most (99%) are still there. Google loves this kind of diversification.
Effects on my site: My keyword went To Page 3 From No Where(New Site With No Link Building Prior). I did no other SEO / backlinking for these keywords during the time. The key is to get this service, and then keep adding new / fresh related content to keep your ranking.
