How old does your account have to be to post links? Or how many posts?

I have 20 posts and been registered since 2011 and I can't post links or images since my account is not old enough?

Is there an amount of posts I need? 4 years registered is not enough?

Your post-to-year ratio is too skewed. Consider waiting 2-3 years and you'll be good.
