Best way to do CPA on Instagram

I've started growing my Instagram accounts and have been thinking about monetizing. I was wondering what is the best way to promote CPA via Instagram without getting your accounts banned at the moment.

Hi, thanks for the replies. I'm more interested in how to promote CPA offers without getting banned, not which offers to promote. i.e. Which url shorteners work (if any), am I able to just set up a redirect on a custom domain, or will I to first link them to a landing page and promote the offer there.

I would appreciate any useful responses, trolls need not respond

If you have money then buy your own domains. You can even use godaddy coupons if you're on a budget.

On my accounts, I send them to a landing page if it's lead gen or straight sale.

If it's a mobile app, I direct link using a custom domain.
