Is there anything in particular that's preventing you from writing content? Why not try to fix the problem instead of circumventing it? That way, you can get the attention that you want (i.e. traffic and sales) in a way that will continue to work. Anything else that's just as effective will cost you a lot more than content generation costs.
It doesn't have to take long if you have the right tool and if you're willing to think-outside-of-the-box... Because there IS a way to generate original content (i.e. *normal* content) even with little writing skill (if that's the issue).
I use a program (that I wrote) for similar reasons. I'm getting older. As a result, I can't remember as much... I can't think as fast as I used to... Hell -- I can't even friggin' spell the way that I used to. It started taking hours to write just one article!
But instead of hiding from writing, which sounds like something you'd like to do (it's understandable), I "outsourced" my writing skills to software.
Now I can push a button and get things going a lot faster. The software writes content in an intelligible context with correct punctuation, grammar, and spelling so my (aging) brain doesn't have to fuss with anything but what I want to say. And no, it's not a spinner or a scraper. It doesn't access the Internet for a damn thing (except for its help file) so plagiarism is never an issue.
I'm not suggesting that you code the same, but since you're a fellow coder, you can at least appreciate the concept's practicality. You can at least see it as a real option.
It can be done. It already has been done. I did it. And that means you can too. With the First Draft Content Generator (my software's name), you can write the content that you claimed you couldn't write. I'm telling you --
It can be done.
