Started seeing people doing this commonly, here is what it is; Create a page that is based upon "free iPhones". What the person does is put in their bio; ...WANT A FREE IPHONE?? FOLLOW THESE STEPS ...Step 1. Post on 10 different people's pictures "(your fake page )GOT ME A FREE IPHONE". Step 2. Go to this link: (where you want your traffic). Step 3. After completing the quick survey, comment what color you want your free iPhone in!"...... This method seems easy and simple right? Well to make this even better you can get some fake accounts and spam on your page "OMG THANK YOU FOR THE FREE IPHONE".... I'm about to try this method out and see how it goes. If there are any things I should be aware about please notify me.

That's a very old method, abused as hell, almost every IG blackhatter did that.
It won't work very well. Also, posting cpa links on bio it may result in a ban.
you can shoutout one acc with that bio, but don't risk your 100k one.
Have you done this recently?
I agree with bigtroll as well.
Back when IG was new, this was the method that everybody did.
I would be surprised if this still worked (considering most people are aware that iphone giveaways are fake) unless you twisted the method of course.

that method is quite well known by everybody, if you try that on instagram, fb or any other place like that you will get a lot of comments with "fake" and worse 
if you'd be able to edit out all the bad comments and maybe you could catch a few fish, but it's kinds smoked..
