Any chance of an update on my order? I've sent 2 emails and as of yet I have not received any confirmation or even any acknowledgments of my order? even an auto-generated email to say you got the order would do! at the moment i'm sat in the dark not even knowing if you have got my order or even working on it?

This was a test order and I was waiting to place more but not so sure now. However, this thread praises your spinning service so i'm guessing you are having a bad day or just don't communicate with customers normally?

Hello MorphMan!

I understand your frustration and we're sorry for that.

There are situation that are out of our control no matter how we want things to be. To make our long story short, we're offline for the last five days due to ISP technical problem. Our area don't have internet connection.

Anyway, sending you emails in a moment.
