HiI'm still getting this popup from my browser, see image:

This means its not HTTPS, and not SSL encrypted. If you simply redirect to the HTTPS version of the page it wouldn't throw up that warning pop up. Should be an easy fix in your settings.
Paypal is always protected ? we don?t redirect to either https or http version of paypal, because such an option doesn?t exist. I?m assuming that you?re not a web developer otherwise you?d be aware of this. Paypal is SSL enabled on the domain level meaning there is no non SSL version type in http:// and you?ll still land on https://. Perhaps try using a different browser than Opera, we have no security issues on Paypal at all and we have absolutely no control over Paypals domain to begin with.
