I have printed and studied this guide, thank you for you time in producing g this, I have a few questions tho if that's OK
Can I use a mobile broadband dongle instead of a proxy?
When I open the account, am I better to use the account for purchases ?
The selling limits, are they lifted after time to save ASKING for the limits to be lifted?
My daughter is now at univercity, would I be better getting her to set up a seller account and use that via the mbb dongle to sell items

yes, but you should log your IPs to make sure you are not getting duplicate IPs.
There are different opinions on this but I have had never had problems with just starting to sell low risk stuff. My opinion is that buying stuff doesn't do anything for you because eBay will leave buyers alone (buying generates revenue for eBay) and they will ban you as soon as you start selling.
they will gradually lift it as you sell more but it will never go away
not recommended due to tax implications

The isp's are totally separate companies, one is sky and the other is EE network so the two will never be linked and i would have to be extremely unlucky to get two same randome ISP addy's lol.
The limits, how quick and how much are they lifted, time scale wise.
I will be selling some of my daughters unwanteds, i dont think tax issues will be an issue

I honestly though there wasn't any way to get back on eBay. But I think it's much more difficult to get seller privileges back or something like that because it's basically saying they don't trust you anymore.

Please help. I went through every single step and once it came time to list on Ebay, it said my information (name with address) could not be confirmed and to call Ebay.
When I called them, they said they could not confirm the address through such things like public records, and to give them an alternate address of where I have lived. I did not know what to do, so I said I would call back. Should I go ahead and find an address that matches my fake name and provide that? I'm worried because I set everything up and it still did not work.

Hey I added you to skype, Please accept and well talk on skype. Does this method still work and I want to get a 5k seller limit for eBay right away as soon as I create a pay-pal stealth and eBay stealth account. I am thinking of buying an account and came across a couple sites like stealthbuy.co.uk (they seem to offer a guarantee, but limited information) and aspkin.com (you seem to just buy from random people on the site and I read that one of the sellers scammed people), has anyone dealt with theses?

Aspkin has some solid sellers, I know a few of them. Ive never dealt with stealthbuy.co.uk though so becareful
