you really need to use google.. its just used to track your conversion rates. by no means it can give you money.

Google analytics will tell you about Statistics of your site or blog. For more info needed, just google it

Google Analytics is something you use to tell you about the statistics of your site. I don't really feel you can use it to make any kind of money if I am honest but it could be used as a guideline I guess to help.
