Do I have to add, manually, the category for EVERY pligg site???

I got this error in rapidshare:

This file is neither allocated to a Premium Account, or a Collector's Account, and can therefore only be downloaded 10 times.

This limit is reached.

Is 4.2.0.1 the latest version of BMD?

If so, you just import these sites and have BMD automatically create accounts for them?
 
Am I the only person that has urls to share? Doczoidberg, were you able to export the urls with the new version yet?
 
i can export urls, but i have not an own url list yet.

bmd gets very slow with many sites and is very unhandy if you have many sites...

anyone knows if you can import accounts if you don't have the site added of an account?
 
Update to the list I provided. The list is good, however BMD is returning false positives on the registration results. The list I have is over 4000+ registration URLs but I am not sure if they are captcha/no captcha, pligg or scuttle. So the way I was going to filter it was registering the whole list 1 at type at a time, like it was suggested in another thread. Well Turns out BMD was saying the account creation was successful for no captcha when in fact it did have captcha and the account was not created. I sent an email to edwin about this, so we will see what he comes back with. They are working on a new release of BMD5 due out in a couple months. In the mean time, SHARE YOUR LIST PEEPS!
 
Is there any way of importing registration url's through the "backdoor"?
I've been using a selfmade script to test all scuttle and pligg lists available from BHW and also been scraping a bit. The result has been that I now have 40K urls tested and categorised by captcha type etc, but when trying to import in BMD the normal way (Add Social Web Site) the damn program doesn't seem to able to handle more than 2000 url's (if it's still alive), after that imports fail in the sense that the sites list won't take anymore.
So, how should I proceed?

I commented in another thread on this, but am curious what your "Success Rate" is for using BMD4. i.e. if you have save 1000 sites that you select to Bookmark to, how many actually end up being submitted..?

For me, .... adding just a few pligg sites earlier, I had 244 sites selected, ... but was only getting about 36 showing as "submitted" for each url.

So, am curious what numbers you are seeing.

OK, I'm obviously missing something obvious, but how do you import these sites into BMD? Do you just click the "Add Social Web Site" button and then paste them into the text box? If so, do you paste the whole line including the site type and registration URL enclosed in quotes and separated by a comma? Do you have to select the type, or does BMD figure this out on its own? For the life of me I can't find an import command...

Go to the top left hand corner and click on the fat little demon and go to import. You can only import scuttle because pligg requires customization to categories.

Please do share your list. The way to import such a massive list would be to edit the actual file in your BMD folder. Always backup!!!

Thank you. That helped sort it out! Too bad you can only do it with Scuttle sites, though.
 
You can add pligg website !
just fill categorie manuelly in your imported list ;)
 
You must fill manually the category in bmd under "create account" tab.
And you must take the time to check category for all pligg.

BMD takes some time to set up but after it rocks ! :)
