This is the first time of my order and I received my complete site yesterday.

UPDATE : Got my site, it was a little faster than I expected it so that was nice, here's my review for it:
- 11 years old domain - a nice short name
- PA : 15
- nice keywords chosen, it the site will rank for these the income should be quite nice
- beautifully written articles, 2000+ words long that really make you to want to read further, definitely now mistakes of broken english.
- site look quite good, a lot of plugins installed to do all sorts of things
- needed a little help and support replied even on Sunday within hours of my email

All in all it was well worth it, I also bought 3 months of promotion from them, will update in 3 months on how that went and if the site jumped in rankings and it's starting to pay itself off.

Definitely recommended for anyone that wants his/her own authority site.

Review:

I received my website well within the estimated TAT. From the first moment the communication has been very smooth, there were a few problems with my hosting and domain, but customer care was very patient and willing to help.

The domain I received is nice and brandable. The domain age is 8 years and 6 months, and has a SEOMOZ authority of 28. The lay-out looks slick, and matches the subject of the site perfectly if you ask me!

The report that comes with the site is detailed, and breaks down the targeted keywords, number of monthly searches and CPC. My average CPC is $4,20, with the lowest being $0,80 and highest $14,77.

Yesterday I have successfully transfered the site to my hosting, and using serplab I am pleased to say that the site is ranking for 3 of the main keywords (94, 100, 183 respectively). Amazing! I am very pleased with how everything has been handled from start to finish, and I would definately recommend this service.

I have received a my Alpha authority site a few days ago and I guess it's time for an initial review. I was on a vacation so I have just finished with my own modifications to articles today. So here's my review.


Domain: 5/5
The domain is 4 years and 7 months old with SEOMOZ authority of 19. Although personally I'm not very much interested in the niche(and the domain in general), I think this niche could work when supplied with good contents.


Keywords: 4/5
The lowest CPC I got is $0.02 (this is sad ) and the highest is $3.26. One of my main keywords have a CPC of $0.15 (WHY??). Average searches are over 500 so I think this is ok.


TAT: 5/5
The site was done way before the said TAT and the transfer process was fairly easy. I did have some minor issues on my side when transferring the domain but support took care of it. (Thanks man!)


Content: 3/5
Now for the biggest part, let's just say that the articles have a lot of room for improvement. When reading the articles, I got a feeling that they written in a rush. Some misplaced words/punctuation, some grammatical errors, and some sentences just doesn't make sense. In most of the contents, I had to edit something in almost every other paragraph.
Anyway, I already took care of some content issues but really do hope that the quality would improve for my SF3 updates.


Overall: 4/5
With some room for improvement, I still think this service is recommendable. I'm hoping for a better quality in the future and I'll post another review once I get some results from SF3. I hope to get hands-off with the site soon and let NapsteR do his trick.

May I get a sample with earnings shots, also wondering how the SF4 package works. Your team works to rank each page/keyword - basically looking for a brief explanation on how they determine what to work on, do they focus on just one kw until it ranks and move on to the next, etc.?
