Journey To $50 A Day. Let's Do This!

4 in a DAY! omg :)

Your first 2 weeks should be spent doing nothing but relationship building. Not a single sales email.

A ratio of 5 to 1 value to sales. Less is more. Play about with numbers obviously, but start with something like, 2 emails per week of value building. Short, catchy and linking to an awesome blog post.

Then do 1 sales email per month.

Get a baseline from that and try experimenting with more sales emails until you hit the sweet spot.

This is a churn and burn list, so the nice guy approach won't really work. I spam them shit out of them until they unsubscribe or report me. Hehe.

The funny thing is some of them actually send me emails saying "Thank you".

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA *Knee slap*

Update:

Something very weird happened. I bought some expensive traffic for 200 clicks and expected to get some sales. I placed so offers on my funnel and they didn't even get clicked after I received optins.

This guy has a great reputation and I hate to talk to him about it. It might be my fault though but I highly doibt it. I made sure everything worked after I spent gold for this traffic.

Update:

Spoke to the guy about it and he decided to send more. I am glad he did this, but next I'll order less traffic from him.

Everyone else's traffic works but there's always something wrong about it.

This is a great thread. Thanks for sharing everything you're doing. I really enjoyed reading the ins and outs. Few people here go as in depth as you do. $50 a day is around the corner my friend.

Update

Spent money on super expensive solo ads and made nada.

Spent reasonable amount of other solo ad and already made a sale. So it is not the price that determines the quality.

I don't know what does, you'll have to test and find out. But it doesn't have to be expensive.

I've started working on another traffic source for my landing page. I want to get rid of these solo ad sellers.

Mini Update:
my optin rates dropped and I told the guy to slow down until I can figure it out.

What's the highest optin you've ever reached? My record is 64% .

Nice journey. Thanks for share.

Do you use google analytics experiments for testing which version of landing page converts better?

No, I don't. I simply use myclickboss to track optins for different landing pages and then compare the statistics myself. I'll be looking into google analytics though.

It's easy... I recommend to try. You can set like 25% traffic to experiment.

Update:

I'm trying to get into video for my traffic source.

I'm brainstorming ways to create my video and what it should be about.

So far, I need a keyword and a video!

But I always hated video marketing, it is so daunting and involves something I hate. SEO! argh!!..

Update:

I'm sad. My optin rate with this guy's traffic is terrible, I'm at 33% .

I've tweaked a few things to see what happens. Hopefully it goes up.

I read about people offering free ebooks in videos and linking it to an optin page. Freebie seekers may not be the traffic you want, but just an idea.

I always see free ebooks on facebook from IM people. Maybe take one of those > video > optin page.

I'm planning to milk this list and dump it. Then build a more proper list, I foresaw that my future is not in churn and burn. I'll start posting money updates now. I'm looking for a CPA network with enough CPL offers.

This journey is pure gold. A lot of valuable information, motivation and it's really interesting in general.
I have recently started doing something similar as well, just that I don't have funds to invest in solo ads. So right now I'm trying to make some starting funds by making my "thank you" page to Pay Per Lead program. And I'm driving traffic manually by spamming my landing page on the internet.
Thanks a lot for such nice journey!
