I want to buy bitcoins with card, i have about 2000$ for invest in btc so need easiest and fastest way to buy this with cards? Advice for webs without limits? And web where i can buy btc but not to wait them for day, i want instant btc on my adres?

Go with Virwox or Localbitcoins, but you'll have to wait, there is no website that accepts to deliver bitcoins instantly because of fraud risk with credit cards.

KYC, Know your customer. You have to send copy of a photo ID,etc. They do this to avoid money laundry.

Check out atriark.com. They don't offer CC for BTC, but they let you buy large amounts with little personal information.

Don't even try and use certain exchanges as their rates and fees are too low quality, it might cost you more than you should have to pay.

card as in credit card? Check out coinmama, I know their prices are much higher than normal market prices but I guess that's what you would have to deal with in this case. I've also used virwox before and it works well (fees are quite high there as well tho)
