Dear BHW members,

hope you're doing well today.

I experiment a lot in the past and try to find out what works great and what does'nt.

For the last 3 weeks I'm promoting ClickBank and CPA offers with an After Exit Popup on my website.
The website consists of only one quality article with only 1 Link at the end of the article.

After user has read the article about the niche "XYZ" he can click the link at the end of the page OR if he close the tab, there comes a one time pop-up.

My conversion rate is over 25% with targeted traffic mostly through SEM and a bit Social Media traffic.

My ROI is over 700%, which is crazy to be honest...

It's just an idea and it worked out pretty well for me. I thought I have to share this here because the forum made me some great $$$ with different methods in the past.

Have a great day and keep TAKING ACTION!

Regards

How you are getting target traffic?
What is your core area for getting such traffic?

Hi Shahid Mian,

your questions should be clear if you read my thread.

with targeted traffic mostly through SEM and a bit Social Media traffic.

You can target exact keywords through this 2 types above.

Please let inform me as i am a new member. You set up a whole site using lets say wordpress, you submit a quality content seo optimised article with a link tha redirects to a cpa offer and a clickbank offer and then a pop-up for closing?

Hi there,

no!

I create a one page site (standard HTML with a little bit CSS, so does it look like a standard website) and on that one site Im putting my article on.
The article isn't SEO optimized because there is no need for it because Im driving cheap paid traffic.

The next step Im doing is I have one affiliate link at the end of the article - the user can click on that link and gets to the Affiliate Offer.

If he doesn't click the link at the bottom of the article and exits my website - there comes a Pop Up (called "After - Exit Popup") - where he gets the notification that there is a product out there (my affiliate offer) where he can click on it - buy it - and hopefully = solve his problem.

hope that helped you out.

Cheers!

Can you please pm me your site to get an idea how it is?. Where can you get the paid traffic from? Thank you so much for your useful help.!

Thanks for posting this. I'm planning on using PPC to drive traffic to my website. And I've been wondering, wouldn't driving traffic to an opt-in page be more successful in terms of conversions? And then email the users some free stuff, put your affiliate link there as you do so?

It depends. One might work better than the other but it's all up to you to test it out. Don't rely on one way to promote your affiliate link. Otherwise, you're leaving a lot of money on the table.

What is SEM?? And by social media traffic is this free or paid?

Hello, would it be possible to know what your exit popup says exactly? You don't have to reveal your niche. Also very good job on your ROI, gratz :)

Hostgator and Inmotion give out 100$ adsense credits when you sign up as well.

Hi asap1,

SEM stands for Search Engine Marketing = Bing Ads, Google AdWords and others...

The social media traffic isn't free. But the CPC is pretty low for my keywords (around 0,02$ - 0,03$). The same for the SEM traffic.

Hi Knowle,

the exit popup is like an iFrame of the CPA/ClickBank offer (or PLR). But in form of an alert (like the half of the window)

What did you use to create the 1 page? Wordpress or something more static?

Hi ArmorSurge,

its a standard HTML one page site with a little bit of CSS (for design)

Great method. I have a domain that I can use to implement this idea with.

Sure,

implement it and return with results. If you need anything else (have questions, etc.) feel free to ask it in this thread.

I want to make a knowledge base out of this thread, so every user which visits this thread and wants to implement the method (what I highly recommend) knows everything about it.

Regards
