no one can. people who say they will verify you, are lying. twitter only verifies people who either spend money on their ads or are well known figures. [national television, an album on itunes, movies on IMDB, an official well ranked website, etc]

And I'm not sure about Facebook.

I'd say you stop thinking about this, in best case scenario it helps a little to be verified, in most cases it doesn't so don't bother, concentrate on doing something that would really help instead of this ...just my 2c

First of all that's not true. Your account does need to be somewhat well known but there is way more to it than that. PM netmoney1 and he'll tell you what you need to do. You only pay if you become verified.
