Hi everyone, I'm just going to leave this here ...

"Hi,am diagnosed with laryngeal cancer,I want to give my resources to you.
Let this be my last offering. Respond with this ref.Fraserhelp44 so i know you got this.God bless you abundantly. Please contact me on my email address: ******[email protected]"

From the creators of "bill gates is giving aways his fortune.." and "African prince died and is giving away his fortune...", the next internet adventure... The guy with laryngeal cancer... obviously is giving away his fortune too.

Sorry if it's old for you, it's new for me.

if you are raising money for him you can put me down for $50... the poor guy

Well, I guess there will always be someone falling for this kind of stuff. I always check spam folder, to see what spam marketers are doing, most of the times I find binary options and trading affiliate programs, but this time I found that "peculiar" message. It has been a long time since I received the last "African prince..." email, and that's the reason I was a little surprised.

Whenever you feel depressed in life.. Just open your E-Mail spam inbox...
you will find:
1) 10 banks are giving you easy loans.
2) You have won GBP 10000000 and USD 500000 for unknown reasons.
3) 10 Job companies have best jobs for you.
4) 5 matrimonial sites have most suited matches for you.
5) Dr. Batra has claimed that he will cure your hair fall.
6) 3 universities are giving you degrees in random subjects.
And Approx 40-50 mails from Ash,Julie, Rekha and Shilpa who are feeling lonely and want to meet YOU....
Life is really great isnt it !!!

Oh spammers, what will you think of next?

Lately, one of my site's contact forms has been getting spammed by "John and Amanda" (probably some blokes from Warrior Forum trying to sell me infographics).

John will send the initial message and if I don't respond to John, Amanda will e-mail me and refer to herself as "friend of John". What's funny is that because I don't (obviously) respond, the same messages will cycle between John and Amanda.

The Western Union director is using an outlook e-mail address and sending money to arbitrary people on the Internet daily?

Seems legit.

Well, since that's a period, it means that you're only a four dollaraire ($4.80) and the subsequent zeros are irrelevant. But look on the bright side, with 20 more cents you'll be a five dollaraire! :D

You people are small time, I was getting direct correspondence from the office of the president, the CIA and the central bank of lagos.

In demand me!!!!

Indian SEO experts annoy me more than Nigerian princesses.

I rarely check my spam folder (got too tired of reading about Nigerian princess who barely show any command of the English language), but I almost feel for a scam recently. I was scouting Craigslist looking for a new apartment to rent, until I found this one, which looked good and had a reasonable and realistic price on it, so naturally I mailed the guy and asked for more info, and I got back an e-mail written in perfect English (I contacted the dude in Spanish), so I was like mkay, that's no big deal, I can English just fine.
The dude was saying that he was currently in England, and bullshitted me about his "daughter and granddaughter" (it was believable until this point, the country I'm going to move to is know for getting lots of British immigrants, and no, it isn't Spain), until he said he would need to mail the keys and contract along with the first month of rent, and if I decided to not get the apartment, he would return it back to me, which was really a shame because I was really falling for it and he blew it so easily, oh well.

Couple hours later I did an image search for the pics in the craigslist ad and I saw that he stole it from a Hungarian ad, at least he didn't got it from any obvious source, lol.
