With more than 1000 sales till now nobody complained about slower load time.
We really care about optimizing code to the maximum, but as you are aware every WP plugin slows a little bit wordpress.
But with this one you won't see any big difference.

License is per number of active sites. You can delete plugin and license for one of them and move license to another domain.
