I too am looking for a legit cloaker. However the thing is it has to be a good one otherwise you'll be wasting your time. If the cloaker is out there and many others are using it, it is no more useful to run the longevity of your campaigns.

Try Justcloakit... noipfraud is also good option but will need reference..

Good luck, but why would any one do that? Unless they didn't know what they were doing and using your capital to learn through?

I have a cloaker installed, can purchase domains and manage rotating IPs if needed. Although I can't optimize campaigns, I'm sure I can extend their length depending on niche. Feel free to PM me if someone is interested in this.

At least in my case, I already have everything installed and running. It would be the same thing as running my own campaigns but with their capital so it's not my responsibility. As long as I'd get paid for it, I wouldn't really care at all.
