Well how many times instagram give us 24h temporary banneds?

and what is wrong with the "Reset your password" What I did to get this error message?

I don't quite understand what your asking but, 24h temp bands are usually from following/linking/commenting/EXC too fast & too often, within a certain time.

I know. but how long it will stand?, like how many 24h banneds then i get permanently banned for example.

Dont push it. like dont like 2000 things a day which you probably are.
The new instagram update is helping get rid of spammers so dont be one of em.
